Do you do digital implant surgery?
After extracting a lower molar (let’s say it’s a simple extraction, not surgical/impacted), how long should it rest before going for dental implant?

Here at Imperial Dental we do Atraumatic implant surgery which is a flapless surgery without not exposing bone & gum. Therefore less bleeding, pain & we can perform it within 10min only.
Depending on the clinical condition we can place the Implant surgery immediately after the extraction done. However we always advice to wait for 1-2 months that gum can heal & new tissue can grow (may varies patient to patient).
