From Day One, we have been very happy with the service provided by IDSC, both from service staff and Doctors/Specialists.Dr. How himself has set a high bar and exemplary service. We find him professional, patient and caring, and it also showed with his expertise and confidence. He has this ability to not only look at the orthodontics problem but an eye for the aesthetics link to this. For a lady, this is very comforting.Plus for IDSC is the State-of-the Art Equipment and Technology available. The Centre is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the welcoming service started from the Reception. All staff and personnel are friendly and helpful. Now, a visit to the dentist is not scary.. thank you, Dr. How, and your staff.

The best decision I've made in regards to my dental health has been to come to KL under the care of the Imperial Dental Specialist center. Dr How rebuilt my smile tooth by tooth and it was almost painless. This is now my second visit and I have a fully rebuilt upper and lower set of teeth. One more visit early next year to crown the three implants and it's done. I can recommend the Imperial Dental Specialist Center highly enough.

Travelled overseas specially to have treatment at Imperial and was delightfully surprised. Staff were lovely as was the doctor who took care of me. The premises are well presented and clean which makes you feel calm and comfortable. The treatment I received was explained very clearly to me and I fully understood each step thoroughly. The doctor was very gentle and understanding of my circumstances. I'm more than pleased with the work and respect his professionalism and respect to my health 🙂

I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for quality service. In my case, for a long period treatment, everything has been agreed at the beginning of the treatment and followed up accurately. No surprises or hidden costs in between. It may have seemed a bit pricey when I started the treatment, but now, looking back at how I was treated, how I was taken care of, how accommodating the clinic was with my request to only have appointments over the weekend or after 7 PM and especially after seeing the final result, it was all worth it. A big thanks to Dr. How for his availability and professionalism during the last 10 months.
